Proanthocyanidins (OPCs)

Proanthocyanidins are a class of nutrients belonging to the flavonoid family.  OPCs, found in pine bark, grape seed, and grape skin, and also in bilberry, cranberry, black currant, green tea and black tea, are a significant source of antioxidants.

Flavonoids and Proanthocyanidins are not classified as essential nutrients.
